Guadalupe River

The most popular river to float! Guadalupe river float time is about 2 to 6 hrs. The higher you go upstream the longer the time spent floating.

Comal River

Very clear water and always 72 degrees year round! The Comal River float time is about 1 hour and 30 minutes. The Comal is the shortest river in Texas!

Schlitterbahn

Feeling adventurous or want to have a great time? Visit Schlitterbahn Waterpark in New Braunfels. Located along the banks of the Comal River.

Lake Dunlap Fishing Info

Our River front properties like Wundercove and Cloud lane have some great fishing spots for you to enjoy!

Some Common questions we get are:

Q: What kind of fish can we find in this area of the lake?

A: Lake Dunlap is known for having Large Mouth Bass, Channel Catfish, Blue and Flathead Catfish, Crappie, Sunfish, Guadalupe Bass, and some other species of Spotted Bass and Carp.

Q: Do you have kayaks on the property for use or can we rent them locally?

A: No, we do not have any for use at any of the properties but you are more than welcome to bring your own or call Paddle.tx and they can bring you some to rent!

-We have boat ramps on our properties as well as a public boat ramp under HW35 you can put in at and kayak down to our properties!

Q: Are there designated places to fish at either property?

A: Both Wundercove and Cloud lane have their own 200 foot of water front space for our guests.

-Wundercove has multiple docks to fish off as well as banks that are wide open all the way down the cove. We also have chairs and picnic tables along the bank.

-Cloud Lane has a brand new Cement bulkhead and walk way lined with benches and picnic tables along the entire water front for plenty of room for all of our guests!
